I'm Heather and if you've ever met me, you know how space obsessed I am. I also love to read everything I get my hands on (nonfiction, fiction, scientific articles...) and write in every spare second. When I'm not doing these things, I work as a Client Service Manager in financial technology and at the Moonshot Museum in Pittsburgh.

Why Space?

The mysteries of the universe have always fascinated me. Growing up, I didn't think it would be possible to have a career in the space industry, so I left that dream behind. Now, at my part-time job at Moonshot Museum, I aspire to spark curiosity and imagination in children and adults, and help the world foster a deeper appreciation for the wonders of the cosmos.

What Am I Working on Now? (Last updated January 2024)

Project Management: I'm taking on new projects in my professional roles and preparing to take the CAPM exam at a future date.

Non-Profit Management: Working at non-profits is my passion. I've been taking online courses in non-profit management, and networking with professionals around the United States to learn all I can.

Game Development: While it's just a hobby, I'm working on preparing for my second game jam this year.

Python: While I know basic Python from college, I'm getting back into it and stretching those muscles. I'm currently taking an online course.
